There are paths on the north side of town by the ball diamonds and ponds. Not much distance unless you run them multiple times or take your run into town.
Local roads have very little shoulder space, so it's a bit sketchy when roads are busy.
My favorite is to head west from the 4-Way stop at the south-west corner of town (the "Coops") and do there-and-back on the less traveled back roads; it's very peaceful and has nice views.
