Thames RiverThames River, St. David Catholic Secondary School, Resurrection Catholic Secondary School, Cardinal Carter Catholic High School, John Fraser Secondary School and Central Tech Stadium are popular places to run in this area.
All of Ontario can get snow in the winters. The cold parts around Kapuskasing often gets temperatures down to -35°C-30°F and the milder parts around Toronto usually stays over -15°C10°F.
The warmest parts might be too hot for pleasant runs in the summers. Temperatures around 30°C90°F are not uncommon.

Ran here a year ago and it is a broken and rutted asphalt track in poor condition.
