Always be aware of your surroundings and follow traffic controls/signals at all times. Wear lights after dark (in the shortest days of winter it is dark from about 4:45pm to 7:30am - really restricts running time if you prefer daylight hours). Lots of community running groups to join in with - lots of runners in this city!
