Mont Royal is a hilly running spot with a soft surface close to Westmount. It should be usable year round.
If you need an open track close to Westmount; Brebeuf is marked as open to the public and not too far away.
Falaise St Jacques has a soft surface and are not very far from Westmount for those who like to avoid the asphalt and concrete.

This track isnt 400m. It may be 300 or 330, my watch isnt accurate enough to be sure

I go to this school, and It's pretty nice, with the trees surrounding the track
Is the running track at the tigard high school open for public use on the weekends and non-school ..
