The climate differs a lot in different parts of Chile. The yearly average temperature in Cochrane is 5°C41°F compared to La Serena where it is 15°C59°F.
One of the best areas for running, temperature-wise, should be around Puerto Montt. The temperature there seldom gets below 0°C30°F or over 25°C80°F. On the negative side, Puerto Montt gets a lot of rainfall.
