A good way to meet local runners is to participate in a parkrun. Montsouris parkrun is held in this area.
Parc de Scaux has a soft surface and are not very far from Arcueil for those who like to avoid the asphalt and concrete.
Those looking for a course with hard surface can go to Parc Montsouris.
