You can run along 3 main mountain streams! those are: terenkur, sairan to Al farabi street and Gogolya street along vesnovka stream above al farabi street. all are around 8km one way!

Check weather day before and watch out for road crossings, many routes are not 100% pedestrian only so you will have to cross roads to maintain distance.
