Most tracks are closed, only 3 tracks are in the capital city two are of the police and the army and the last one is in the national stadium. apart from the capital there are hand ful stadium with track but we have great running trail through out the country. visit the natural trail avoid the trail guide most of them are frauds "most" not all. just run with the nature and have fun.
