The climate differs a lot in different parts of Spain. The yearly average temperature in Sabiñánigo is 10°C49°F compared to Tinajo where it is 20°C68°F.
One of the best areas for running, temperature-wise, should be around Santiago de Compostela. The temperature there seldom gets below 5°C40°F or over 30°C80°F. On the negative side, Santiago de Compostela gets a lot of rainfall.

The registration system is lousy. The app is archaic. The machine in the place does not work. And ..

There are a lot of public tracks. But depending on the whole facility it could be paid. When there’s covered pool, sauna and so. It’s paid.
The prices are generally worth the expense. Mostly in summer. Every town has its track for sure.
