Hässelby is the home of Hässelby SK; one of the most notable track clubs in Sweden. Their home track is Hässelby IP which is the only track in the area.
Riddersvik is a small park area by the water behind the Riddersvik castle that is recommended for a run.

Grimstafältet is a popular area for interval training. It is a rather flat area with tarmac and gravel roads in addition to a big grass field. Close by is Grimstaspåret where you can find hilly gravel trails for a challenging run.
Johannelundstoppen is one of the longer hills in greater Stockholm with about 400m from the southeastern entry to the top. It posts a challenge for your hill workout and offers a nice view at the top.

If you want to run after sunset or early in the morning Hässelby IP, Grimsta 2.3kmGrimsta 2.3km and Lövstaspåret should have electic lighting.
