Ryd 5kmRyd 5km is a hilly route with a gravel/dirt surface close to Tokarp. It has electric lighting and should be usable year round.
If you want to do more than just going out for an easy run there are some good options available.
A short trip away you can find the tracks Campus Valla and Track that should be open to the public and those looking for a hill workout can go to Vallaskogen.
Parkruns are great ways of meeting local runners while also getting a great workout in. Vallaskogen parkrun is not to far from here.
Malmslätt 5kmMalmslätt 5km has a soft surface for those who like to avoid the asphalt and concrete.
A bit further away you have Vikingstad motionsspår 1.7kmVikingstad motionsspår 1.7km and Vallaskogen at your disposal.
Those wanting to run on a hard surface and are willing to go a bit outide of Tokarp can go to Rydskogen.
