Tunisia is not an ideal country for runners and even worse for cyclists. The government and the local authorities do not encourage running nor cycling.
No dedicated running tracks and no cycling paths, you could get run over by cars if you run on the roads as drivers are careless and do not respect pedestrians, runners or riders.
You really need to be extra careful if you venture into these activities. You may explore areas with less or no traffic to exercise or use a gym.
