I used to use the cinder track from 1986 to a few years ago. I am a L4 Athletics Coach. I and my groups used the track respectfully and it was an asset. Then they built a 10ft high fence around it. I run around it often and have hardly ever seen it being used. WHY? Mangotsfield School is a State School hence paid for by Tax Payers of which I am one. So why not allow responsible public use when not needed by the School?
