Spring Valley is located at altitude. How much it affects you is individual. Be prepared to ajust your training.
If you want to run on lower altitudes you have
Phoenix, Anthem and Scottsdale within reasonable distance.
If you want to go even higher, Prescott is at about 1600m5000ft.
