Track was basically empty (it was a Saturday), No signage saying "No Trespassing" so I assume it's..
Track is not open to the public
Track used to be open but has been locked lately due to vandalism
The middle school gets priority for use of the track, but it’s otherwise open to the public. Lots ..
I called the school. The track itself is not open to the public at all, but the paved area outside..
