Still trying to find my way in a new city. There is a mile/mile and a half path one way in the Innovation Quarter downtown. While there are a few spots where you can open it up it's most likely good for an easy three miles out and back. There is a similar trail near Old Salem with a path that goes from the edge of downtown past Old Salem. Wooded. Again, another out and back 2-3 miles.
