The public is permitted to park along the perimeter of the field. If at all possible I recommend parking where you can see your vehicle as they do occasionally ticket. Security will not take it residents if they are aware that you are not a student in violation of their parking rules. They also have very clean porta potties. You can check online to see when the track is being used. The field in the middle of the track is not to be used for soccer without scheduled permission. Nets that are set off to the side are chained together to discourage this.
On Sunday 6/11/23 a friend and I arrived at the Bentley track to find all Gates Chained and dead bolted. We decided to walk the campus and then spend a couple of hours power walking the perimeter of the turf field. During our time there are several other runners also attempted to access the track. I only encountered the track locked one other time when it appeared they were having some type of Spring Fest event. I hope this is not a new policy.
