General info about track availability in Germany
Generally tracks are not open to the public in Germany. There are some rare exceptions where the owning schools have not put a fence around the track. A tip is to try to get in contact with a club. You my be accepted on the track as a guest during official training time.
Westpark parkrun is a parkrun not far from here.
If you would like to run on other surfaces, try Schulsportanlage FOS/BOS, MTV München or 400m cinder track.
