So i just happen to pay taxes to the city which pays for that school which means i have a shareholder right to this. So the lady says, " oh you can walk and jog you can't use your high speed skates as if i were to fall, i have my own insurance thank you. My skate wheels are 125 mm and made of high tensile strength polycarbonate resin and will not scratch your track. This is an insult to me, an olympic speed skater who's hoping to qualify.
