My children try to train in the early morning. They are distracted and sometimes threatened by numerous dogs whose owners choose to walk them around the track. They are often off leash. They also walk on the inside line which gets in the way of runners. Dogs also chase runners nipping while they do so.. There should be a No Dogs On Track sign at this running track.
