Please explain why the new track at Lakeview H. S. that My school tax dollars with the millage increase we voted on is closed & all gates have locks on them? Seeing as to how our tax dollars paid for the new track & school improvements, why do the citizens not have access for walking or jogging purposes?? Am I missing something??

I like to walk on the track because I’m a senior and it’s nice and even and I know I won’t trip and fall.
