Track here at Wilcox is open to public as long as there is not school sections or hours nor sports..
Lots of great bike paths and trails around the city and along the river.
This is a hard track, seems like asphalt. IT is not a synthetic track
Correction: The weather in Vancouver in January is NOT usually snowy.
