I had a workout I needed to do on a track (200s and 1200s) and tried this track out. The gate was open and I had no issues using the track. There is a sign encouraging use of outer lanes which I used for my warm up/cool down but I used inner lanes for my speed intervals. Bathrooms were closed but there was a clean, open porta potty.
