Went on 9/21/22 after work to try and run a speed workout. There is a large group of kids that appeared to be a part of an official track team. Parent let us know that the track is in use from 5-6:45 mon-fri. At 6:45pm, I attempted to get on the track once it was clear of kids, but was told to get out by a facilities person in a golf cart that padlocks the track at dusk. So I would say that this track is not really available to the public at any point in the evening.
