There is paid parking where you can get a permit at the machines, the cheapest being $2 for 2 hours. This sounds low but is over $700 per year if you come daily.
A fairly large problem with this track is that to drive to it requires that you park your car somewhere - there is absolutely ZERO free parking and this is strictly enforced by multiple meter maids even though the campus is nearly abandoned. It's literally you and the meter maids circling your car.
