It was closed for unknown reason
All entry ways are locked up. There are signs posted for the public about school use hours and prohibited items (bikes, etc.), but it seems like they aren’t really letting the public use it since the overhaul/turf installation.
As of mid Feb '23, this track is closed to the public due to renovations. I called the other week and asked about when it will be open for public use, and they said there are "active conversations" on that topic but not to expect a decision on when it will be reopened until April 1.
