I run this track regularly. It is not maintained well - there are cracks and bumps in the track in some areas and the lane markers are very faded. Lots of community users of the track and the inner field at times, most of whom do not follow the usual convention of faster people to inside lane (e.g. pedestrians walking on inner lanes, children on bicycles). Also, often an off-leash dog or two, despite "no dogs" signs around area (I've never had a negative encounter, though). Very dark at night - no lighting on half the track.
