I visited this track 6 or 7 times between 8:00-10:00 am in June 2024. A school group showed up one day around 9:00. Otherwise there were just a couple of people training. There’s a bathroom but no water fountain. I jogged over from old town Antibes along the port, which was very nice. The trail around Fort Carre isn’t very long.
