A little crowded
As a local, I can say the Univerdidade de São Paulo (USP) campus is one of the best places to run on saturday mornings (6am to 10am). It is the place where a very high % of the runners in SP goes for their Saturday Long Runs. It gets crowded, but in a good way because there is a lot of space for everybody. It's a inspiring place to run, you may find some of the fastest runners in Brazil there. The campus is very beautiful and there is a lot of different routes you can choose, from flat to hilly.
It's important to say that the magic only happens on saturday mornings 6am to 10am. Anytime else it would be empty, maybe with some traffic.
