Went today in the morning at sunrise: closed.
Went in the afternoon at 16h: closed as well.
Not sure if still open to public.

I went on aug 29 2021 and it was open to the public. very nice track, super quiet. its open to the public on weekends as well as before/after school hours on weekdays. enjoy!
